Theo Naishtat

Theo Naishtat is a guitarist and music teacher from Buenos Aires, based in Amsterdam. He graduated from the European Jazz Master (EUJAM), a joint programme between the conservatories of Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin and Trondheim.
As a professional jazz musician, Theo is active on the Amsterdam jazz scene, performing regularly at major jazz clubs and festivals across the Netherlands and Europe. He has released three albums as a bandleader and has participated in numerous recordings as a sideman.
In his lessons, Theo teaches not only jazz, but also rock, pop, soul, blues, bossa nova, classical music and more. Lessons are tailored to each student’s interests and level, using the music they enjoy as a starting point to develop technique, musicality, improvisation and theoretical knowledge.
The goal is to build a strong musical foundation while helping each student develop their own sound and confidence as a musician.
